Claude

Claude.ai takes a remote MCP server as a custom connector.

  1. In Claude’s settings, find the connectors and add a custom connector. The exact menu names may differ from these.
  2. Give it the URL https://mcp.shootika.com and a name such as Shootika.
  3. Connect it. Claude opens a Shootika page in your browser where you sign in and approve. See Connect an assistant for what that page asks.
  4. Back in Claude, ask something like “How many frames do I have left this month?”

You can install the Shootika plugin or add the server on its own.

/plugin install shootika --marketplace shootika-ai/plugin

The plugin adds the Shootika MCP server and one skill, shoot-products, that walks Claude through a shoot from start to publish: check the frames left, find the products, choose a scene, start the shoots, show you the frames, and publish only the ones you pick. It runs no code on your computer. Its source is at github.com/shootika-ai/plugin.

Terminal window
claude mcp add --transport http shootika https://mcp.shootika.com

This adds the server without the skill.

After adding the plugin or the server, run /mcp in Claude Code, choose Shootika, and choose Authenticate. That opens the Shootika page in your browser where you sign in and approve. See Connect an assistant.

Every shoot uses one frame from your plan. With the plugin’s skill, Claude checks how many frames you have left and asks before starting shoots you did not ask for. Nothing is published until you say so. See What an assistant can do.
